- Original packaging intact
- Seals and tags intact
- Invoice or fiscal receipt
- Refund via bank transfer
Cannot be returned
- Already installed on a vehicle (visible traces)
- Custom manufacturing (made-to-order titanium)
- Special tip colors
- Damage caused by the buyer
- Without original packaging
- Without proof of purchase

Via Telegram or info@onecompany.global within 14 days of delivery.

Send details
Order number + reason + photos in original packaging.

Ship via Nova Poshta
To the address we provide after confirmation.

Refund
7 business days after receipt and inspection.
Important: when receiving at Nova Poshta, always record an uninterrupted unboxing video. Without the video, NP may refuse compensation for shipping damage.

Exchange
If you chose wrong
If you ordered the wrong version (e.g. OPF instead of Non-OPF, different tip color) — message us. We'll arrange an exchange with price difference recalculated.
